If any flowers pictured are unavailable for any reason, we will substitute for ones of the same or higher monetary value and similar in colour and style. Please note there may be slight variances in colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please contact us.
When you receive your florals, we recommend unpacking them, utting the stems at an angle and display them in fresh water in a cool room. Keep changing the water every other day to help maintain quality.
To prevent the build-up of bacteria in vases, we recommend you bleach them regularly.
We only delivery within a 15 mile radius of Kendal, Cumrbia.
Deliveries within LA9 Kendal are free of charge.
LA8 and LA7 will incur a £5 delivery fee.
If you wish to specify a delivery time, this will incur an additional cost.
We do not offer same day delivery via our webshop. If you need your blooms same day, please call 01539 720732.

Hi Rob, So sorry for the late reply. I am glad you liked the flowers. Our website did state that due to Mothers day demand that we couldn’t guarantee specific date delivery on any orders placed after 10th March 5pm. But that we would do our best to delivery no later than Mothers day it self.
