By placing an order on this website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Please see separate terms and conditions regarding wedding and event orders, stated in the wedding or event flower quote.

General:

Our normal working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed Monday and Sundays, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the website when this is applicable. ( EG Mothering Sunday)

Products and Delivery:

All products will be at your risk from the time of collection or delivery.

Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of payment.

All products are subject to availability and all images are a guide. If any products are not available at the time of ordering then we reserve the right to replace these with a substitute of a higher value and exceptional quality without notice.

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Products will be delivered on the date selected during ordering. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

Products are not available for same day delivery. Contact the studio via phone call for any urgent orders. Where possible we will assist.

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and cost of delivery which will be calculated on ordering.

Delivery:

Delivery is FREE of charge within a LA9 postcodes is FREE OF CHARGE. A £5 charge will be added for all deliveries to LA7 and LA8.

Delivery and collection is available. All orders must be placed before midday the day before delivery.

All collections from our studio must be pre booked and a time slot for collection will be given.

Delivery and collection is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. With the addition of Mondays and Sundays when Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and other celebrations fall on a Sunday or Tuesday. This information will be listed on the website.

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left­ either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers instructions or our judgement.

Flowers sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point.
